WhiteGyr's Terms of Service Policy

You will provide original textual content, item descriptions, and digital photos (your copyright) of your projects to WhiteGyr via email. WhiteGyr will provide the site's back ground theme graphics (which you will approve before we actually start the site) and navigation systems graphics.

WhiteGyr will define the number of webpage to be created.

WhiteGyr will provide one-year free web site hosting, Plan 1 - disk space up to 10 MB, Monthly Data Transfer up to 2000 MB (a $135/year value) FIRST YEAR FREE

Site Maintenance:

After your initial acceptance of the website WhiteGyr will update, change, and modify the site free for the first one hour of work; after that we charge on an hourly basis with no minimum charge. Our hourly rate is$80 per hour and we record our time on the job to tenths (0.1 hour) of an hour. An example: 12 minutes of optimizing and publishing photos will cost $13 (0.2 hours X $80 = $16)

Cost Estimates:
WhiteGyr provides a detailed estimate of work to be done. If additional services, work, pages, forms or other elements are required to complete this project the additional costs will added to the final bill. We begin work on the website upon receipt of a down payment (50% of the total bid). We expect the balance upon your acceptance of site completion. WhiteGyr will accept personal checks, money orders, and credit cards through PayPal; additional charge of 3%for PayPal payments If you would like to use a credit card, we will send you a PayPal request for the down payment of the web site and we will start on your website this work week. Any cost estimate is valid for 30 days from receipt.

The cost for the PayPal shopping cart with up to 30 items is$700,additional items can be added, and each extra 30 items will be anadditional$500charge.

WhiteGyr makes no warranty, express, implied or statutory, with respect to the services provided hereunder, including without limitation any implied warranty of reliability, usefulness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or those arising from the course of performance, dealing, usage or trade. By using our Web Design or SEO service, you acknowledge that WhiteGyr neither owns nor governs the actions of any search engine. You also acknowledge that due to fluctuations in the relative competitiveness of some search terms, recurring changes in the search engine algorithms and other competitive factors, it is impossible to guarantee number one rankings or consistent top ten rankings, or any other specific rankings for any particular search term.

If you are not satisfied with our web page design work within 30 days of your acceptance of site completion we will refund all of your payment to us less the 3% for any PayPal or credit card use.  Note any payment for SEO work is non refundable.
