Company Profile:
We are a family owned business founded in 1999 in
response to several requests to build and host web sites. There
are six of us that work full time now to provide you with a
professional and affordable web design and hosting service.
We are:
Millard Hiner
, M.Sc., Ph.D., the owner and operator of WhiteGyr.com lives in Pierce, Idaho and has been computer
programming for over thirty years now and has used Fortran, BasicV, C++,
RPG II and Prime's CPL.
He calls himself a Web
Developer or Web Development Manager (for this work and he does both)
but he answers the emails sent to whitegyr@gmail.com. He has a good
working ability in the following skills:
Search Engine Optimization (Google, Yahoo, MSN)
HTML
Graphic arts ability - with knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator,
and other graphics packages
CGI programming - Perl and C programming languages
Writing ability - with a marketing focus and that is what most Web
writing is.
Server side programming: SSI, ASP, PHP, ColdFusion.
Database knowledge - not a DBA, but can build a database and use
it on a Web
He has been using HTML since the early 1980s
(Intranet web systems) and has developed computer programs that are still in use by the federal Government.

Matthew Hiner our
customer support/programmer in Deer Lodge studied Computer Science and
Engineering at Montana State University and has worked in the field for
since 1999. He has used Fortran, Cobol, C++, BasicV, HTML
extensively. He is also the Deer Lodge, Montana DOS expert.

Jennifer Stout our

Steve
Slocomb our Virtual Reality Movie specialist, has been doing
motion picture and still photography since the 1970s. He began his
career under the tutelage of the well know media artist/designer Charles
Eames. He has worked in 35mm, 2 1/4, 4x5, and 8x10 formats. For 15
years he used his darkroom to create prints and process film. He has
worked with digital photo manipulation and animation for 10 years.
Looking Glass Films has
been producing national and local video programs since 1993.Some
